DOW, in cooperation with L3Harris and Lockheed Martin, announced two landmark seven-year framework agreements to expand production capacity for key components of the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 Missile Segment Enhancement interceptor and the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense weapon system.
