Tate Brothers...Guilty or Victim of leftist zealotry?

Human-written commentary
Do we want a world where people are charged and convicted based on facts, or political ideology?
The legal battles against the Tate Brothers, as with the legal warfare waged against President Donald Trump, are viewed by many as nothing more than a politically motivated witch-hunt. While the allegations against the Tate brothers are serious (UK authorities accuse them of crimes including rape, sexual assault, and trafficking-related offenses, and both men deny wrongdoing), in the end, the case must be decided on merit, and not left-wing zealotry and political warfare against those that do not hold their same perverted worldview.
Romania already attempted to hold trial over the Tate Brothers over the same allegations...and found enough discrepancies to decide they lacked enough legal standing to continue the trial. While this alone does not definitively prove innocence or guilt, it does highlight the undeniable fact that there doesn't seem to be any conclusive proof of the alleged allegations.
Andrew Tate built his influence by openly challenging Marxism and anti-Christian cultural views, criticizing feminism, exposing Islam's oppressive and violent views on women and gays, and embracing conservative political positions. Some argue that his outspoken and traditional views have made him a target of a politically motivated campaign. Some argue that his rhetoric alone demands his prosecution and imprisonment (interestingly, these same people also publicly claim to believe in free speech and due process).
Whether a person should or should not be found guilty will ultimately be determined in court, but that verdict must be meted out by a truly objective court, not one controlled by politically motivated tyrants.
The Tate case, as with every other situation where a person's guilt or innocence is being evaluated, should be conducted using only due process and an impartial search for the truth.
